All orders are shipped with tracking and signature confirmation for security purposes. High-value items may require additional insurance and adult signature upon delivery.

Shipping times are estimates and may vary depending on the carrier and destination. Once an order has been shipped, The Luxadorn is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the shipping address provided at checkout is accurate. The Luxadorn is not responsible for packages shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
