At The Luxadorn, we specialize in authentic pre-owned luxury items. Due to the unique nature of our products, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.

Each item is carefully inspected and described to the best of our knowledge. Please review all photos and descriptions carefully before purchasing. Additional photos or information can be provided upon request before purchase.

Authenticity is guaranteed. All items are authenticated through either Entrupy certification, eBay Authenticity Guarantee, or our trusted suppliers, who provide authentication documentation.

If you receive an item that is materially different from its description, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at luxadornluxury@gmail.com. Claims will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
